720 circuit board with two limit switches and relay system. 

DETAILED INFORMATION
This circuit board is for our 720 actuator product line. The circuit board has two limit switches, and two relays that allow for 2 stroke positions. 

Terminal block wiring:

1. Block 1: 12V + to motor
2. Block 2: 12V - to motor
3. Block 3: Blue Ground wire from control input
4. Block 4: + 12V DC with inline 3A breaker
   
5. Block 5: Send + 12V DC to Retract (Do not send 12V to Block 7)
   
6. Block 6: Not Used
   
7. Block 7: Send + 12V DC to Extend (Do not send 12V to Block 5)
