One Inch Stroke Actuator

Request:

The customer required one inch of physically limited (not electronically) stroke, while keeping the functionality of the Actus 722 products line.

Solution:

A custom actuator was created using our 722 product. We developed a custom housing and output shaft specific to their needs.

Requirements met for our customer:

• Maintain 722 functionality, specifically speed , power and clutch capabilities
• Physically limit stroke length
• Reduction in overall actuator footprint to increase workspace
• Custom powder coat paint color
