Depth Control

Request:

The customer needed to control the height of a grading blade in relation to the depth of the blade in the ground.

Solution:

A custom twin-cam hand control which attached to the blade was developed. Comprising of two cams and limit switches, each limit switch is hooked to a hydraulic solenoid valve which raises and lowers the blade.
